سلام مرضیه جان.
در جمله فوق بنظر بنده ، بجای جمله  can i know that who is people write it میتوان ساده تر و زیباتر نوشت : May I know who writes it? چون کلمه people در این جمله اضافه میباشد و با کلمه پرسشی  who  متناقض است.
ویا میتوان نوشت : May I know who is the writer?
 در وهله دوم باید بگم که میتونیم بجای May  از Could  هم استفاده کنیم.
در وهله سوم یک مشکل دیگه که علاوه بر آوردن People ، جمله شما داره اینه که با فرض درست بودن  هم ، People باید با are بیان بشه.زیرا جمع است.
